Shea is a business architect whose work designing and structuring companies’ processes, systems, and organisational framework delivers an organisational approach which creates momentum for continual improvement. A strategic thinker, he provides the framework and guidance needed to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation within a company. Drawing on his performance background Shea is skilled in presentation delivery and facilitating large group learning and growth programs.
With a deep understanding of the importance of storytelling, Shea knows how it effects organisational goals, culture and how it relates to the happiness and productivity of teams.
Susannah Goddard
Principal Consultant
Susannah is an accredited and experienced communications professional with a proven track record of effectively managing organisations’ reputations and delivering their business goals through strategic communications, effective marketing, and nuanced stakeholder management. Deeply skilled in translating complexity, with a focus on inspiring people to think, feel and engage, she is a trusted advisor to board and executive-level stakeholders.
